It looks like Top Hat Marketplace aggregates resources and assemble them into courses. Many of the textbooks are from Openstax, and they add a lot of HTML5 simulations (that are available from the University of Colorado) and question packs. I'd really like to know if educators find substantial value in the marketplace.

Cal State Fullerton joins the Openstax Institutional Partners Program. Members get some individualized consulting from Openstax to implement their OER program. It's a fairly selective group. Last year there were 43 applicants with 11 chosen. I wonder if their math department is on board with the decision
